Salon Policy

Cancellation Policy

 

Clients have up to 24 hours to cancel or make changes to their appointment. After that time frame, clients will be charged 50% of the service you previously booked with. If your card happens to decline, you will still have to pay for your missed service the next time you rebook. 

 

For no call no show appointments, your card will be charged 75% of the service and will require a $50 deposit the next time when rebooking and that will go towards the next service. If our records show us you have missed more than two appointments back-to-back, you will no longer be able to book with us. 

Communication is very important to us and we want to give you the best services at all times. Our cancellation policy was made with love to ensure our business and our client's appointments are valued.

Booking Policy

 

For all new clients. we require clients to book under the services that say "New Clients" & for existing clients, we require clients to book under "Existing Clients". All clients will need to fill out client intake form and social media form before coming into the salon. Forms will be sent via email or text.
